When building your new home there are hundreds of things racing around your head. All of them are important and need to be managed and controlled. At the Smart Timber Frame Company we here to help you, with our vast knowledge of the house building market. We can give you advice and help to manage your project and give you the peace of mind that all aspects of your project we are involved in are professionally managed. Not only do we manufacture your timber frame home, we also erect it leaving you to deal with other area’s of your project.
Your relationship with The Smart Timber Frame Company will start long before we start to manufacture your timber frame home.
Once you have agreed for us to manufacture your new home. We will ask your architect to send your house drawings to our designers. At this stage we convert your architectural drawings into our timber frame drawings. These are then send to our structural engineers where they ensure the design is structurally sound and meet all relevant certificates. For example NHBC (National house building council) and building control.
Now your timber frame structure is complete, it’s ready for delivery. We agree a date and time for delivery, then the frame can be erected in just one day. If we are just supplying the timber frame only our service includes the joists fully floored ready for staircase, all structural panels and the roof trusses, which will be felted and lathed. All our work can be tailored to your needs.
Once your timber frame is constructed you are able to complete the rest of your project and soon will be able to enjoy your new home.
